This line up of hot R&B and Soul Artist will raise your body heat. Soul in the City's line up is a grown and sexy soulful concert where guests enjoy an evening of live performances in a comfortable setting with access to global Soul Food selections, drinks and an entire festival as your playground. Will Call: Pickup Wristbands at Will Call at the front of the festival between 2pm - 7pm. Will call is located near the concert entrance at the festival.
